There is a large picnic table and firepit. There is plenty of parking and located only 1 mile from the dunes. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this convenient location. Don’t be surprised if you see deer, turkeys, rabbits and other wildlife in the backyard. If you have a very large group, Dune Haven 2 is located next door.

A very new house (as of summer 2023) in a very quiet area. It’s a few minutes drive to waterfront and places and satisfied our needs very well. We saw deers and turkeys around the backyard a few times. Also showed kids how to build a fire in the backyard fire pit. The landlord was very responsive. We enjoyed the stay very much.

Our stay at Brian’s place was perfect. Nice space, had the perfect amount of room for 11 quests, and felt just like home. Only about 5-10 from the main part of town which was perfect for us as we were going back & forth almost our whole stay. Beds were okay but they worked for the amount of time we stayed/were in the house. If you plan on staying & bring your “dune toys”, I would say only bring one trailer and 2 trucks. We brought three trucks, a boat, and 30ft trailer and it was a tight squeeze. Overall, it was a great stay & Brian is a great host.

Beautiful, new place right next to the Dunes. Lots of beds and an awesome kitchen and grill area.

The house was extremely clean, easy to find, and had plenty of parking for both of our trailers. I would totally stay here again.
