Brian’s home in Mears was absolutely wonderful. Great location near the dunes, quiet and peaceful with a great fire pit and has a great backyard. Comfortable sleeping/arrangements for a full party. Anyone coming to Mears with a group should definitely stay here!!

Great place to stay, perfect home layout for a trip to the dunes with a large group of people. Great seating in the living room for everyone to relax! Very nice fire pit area out back to finish off your nights at.

Great place-great host

Brian was a great host. We were the first guests in the dune #2. The house was extremely clean, spacious and comfortable. There is access to firewood nearby to have a fire in the backyard. He gave us great suggestions for food, less than 5 minutes from the dune entrance and less than 5 minutes from the gas station for drinks and snacks etc. The only thing I would caution is it is on a very much used road and we had a 45 foot trailer + truck with our sxs. We were able to pull in the drive but you definitely need to be good at backing in for something that large with the traffic. Otherwise absolutely no complaints!
