There is a large multi-tier deck, 2 docks, a hydraulic boat lift for your v-hull boat, sandy bottom 1.5′ deep at shore sloping to 4′ at end of 40′ docks, parking for at least 9 large vehicles. There is a grill, griddle, fire pit, kayaks (2) and a canoe for guests to use. Silver Lake Sand Dunes are less than a half mile away. Dune Haven 2 is perfect for large groups as it spacious inside and out. It has luxury attributes such as quality appliances, quartz countertops, leather furniture, and power-operated blinds. There is a large picnic table and a firepit. There is plenty of parking and located only 1 mile from the dunes. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this convenient location. Don’t be surprised if you see deer, turkeys, rabbits, and other wildlife in the backyard. If you have a very large group, Dune Haven 1 is located next door.
The Classic Cottage is located only one mile from the dunes. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The Classic Cottage is a great place to make your base station as you enjoy all the area has to offer. Chill out in the evenings with a fire pit, 1 deck, gas grill and picnic table. There is plenty of parking for your tailers and toys. If you need more room, the Coke Cottage is located on the same property.
